The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through property transactions, ensuring seamless sales and rental processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and preferences.• Facilitate sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties.• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, buyers, and sellers.• Organize and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.• Negotiate deals effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Qualifications• Proven experience in consulting and real estate.• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Demonstrated sales expertise with a track record of successful transactions.• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.Position Details• Seniority Level: Mid-Level• Employment Type: Full-Time• Job Function: Sales & Property Management.
