Lead social media execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery

Own content calendars end to end: planning, approvals, scheduling, and optimisation across platforms

Write and edit high quality captions in Greek and English, aligned to brand tone and campaign objectives

Oversee community management and escalation, ensuring fast, professional responses that protect brand reputation

Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to deliver strong creative that supports growth goals

Support social workflows: briefing creatives, QA of assets and placements, monitoring, and performance reporting

Lead social audits, competitor reviews, and trend research, turning insights into actionable content ideas

Coordinate priorities and timelines with the Digital Marketing Manager

Coach and support junior social team members, reviewing work and providing clear feedback

Stay up to date with platform changes, tools, and best practices and share learnings internally

Visit client sites to capture on-location content, including Stories and short-form Reels, shooting and editing on the spot for timely, authentic social delivery
