About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day running of the store. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading people, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly

• Lead, train, and support staff to perform at their best

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally

• Manage stock, ordering, and basic reporting

• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are always met
