The cleaning process is straightforward: apply the Power Kleen, rinse with water, let the filter dry, then re-apply the fresh filter oil. Once re-oiled, the oil suspends in the cotton pleats to effectively capture contaminants and restore proper airflow. The kit is compatible with all K&N Filtercharger air filters.
