Office administrator - customer service & graphic support
Louvias Properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations, client communication and administrative processes. The role also includes assisting with basic graphic design tasks for marketing materials, presentations and company documentation.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Administration
• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
• Prepare documents, reports and internal records
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and appointments
• Support management with administrative tasks
Customer Service
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners
• Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist clients with documentation and basic information
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Follow up on requests, payments and pending matters.
Graphic & Marketing Support
• Prepare basic marketing materials (brochures, social posts, presentations)
• Assist with updating company templates and branding materials
• Edit images, documents and visual content when required
• Support the marketing team with design-related tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Professional customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with design tools such as: Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (basic level acceptable
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
