Role Description This is a full-time position for a Property Consultant in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through property transactions, ensuring seamless sales and rental processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and preferences. • Facilitate sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, buyers, and sellers. • Organize and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits. • Negotiate deals effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications • Proven experience in consulting and real estate. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Demonstrated sales expertise with a track record of successful transactions. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
