This room is very spacious and has a double bed, mirror wardrobe, and office corner. The opportunity is for a non-smoking person who is clean and quiet. In special circumstances, I can accept a couple for an extra charge.

We prefer a professional or student who speaks either Russian or Ukrainian. But an English-speaking EU citizen would fit fine with the current team too. There are 3 more people living in the whole apartment. Everyone is in separate rooms.

This is a flat share of a 4-bedroom, 2nd-floor remodelled flat on Agia Zoni. The building and elevators were recently remodelled as well.

All rooms have air conditioners, even the kitchen.

The water is heated with solar power and (also for the rainy season) an instant electric heater.

The entrance door is high-security and fire-proof.

The windows are double glazed and have mosquito nets. The kitchen is custom made with a real granite countertop.

The above price includes the room rental, common expenses, water, and cable internet, but any other utilities will be extra.

Also included is shared use of the kitchen and bathrooms.

The room is available immediatelly for one month deposit + one month rent payment. The contract is for half a year renewable with the same terms for an additional half year. But for exeptional circumstances it can be cancelled by giving 2 weeks notice.
