Domenica Group was founded in 1961 as a building construction company and set up by the late Mr. George Hadjidemosthenous.

During its first years the company was involved in both the public and the private sector, developing properties, villas, schools, road works and executing project for the electricity authority, the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Interior.

After the Turkish invasion of 1974 and being a class “A” construction firm, it was involved in the restoration of the island.
