EVEREST Construction & Development was founded in 2000 and initially focused primarily on public buildings. Since then, it has evolved into one of the most reliable companies in Cyprus’s construction sector, consistently delivering projects in both the public and private sectors across the districts of Nicosia, Larnaca, and Famagusta. By 2013, the company had completed projects ranging from small buildings and apartment complexes to seismic upgrades of public sector building complexes. Since then, EVEREST Construction & Development has been involved in land development, constructing apartment buildings and residential complexes in the Nicosia district.
