🚀 Office Manager & Operations Coordinator Location: Paphos, Cyprus Employment: Full-time 🚀 Join Our Team as Office Manager & Operations Coordinator At Flexsy, we build technology that powers modern online gaming platforms used by operators around the world. As we open our new offices in Paphos next month, we’re looking for an energetic and organised Office Manager to help us build a smooth and welcoming office environment while supporting the wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of experience who enjoys taking ownership, being involved in different areas of the business, and growing into a broader role over time. Alongside office management, the role can expand into areas such as HR, administration, and support with corporate or operational matters. Experience or exposure in legal, accounting, or corporate administration would be a strong plus. We’re looking for someone based in Paphos or the surrounding area who is excited to be part of our in-person office setup and help shape how the office runs from day one. 📋 Role Overview You will support the day-to-day running of our new Paphos office while also assisting with administrative and organisational tasks across the business. The role offers the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities over time, depending on your strengths and interests, including HR, operations, and corporate support. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the office Help create a smooth, organised, and welcoming office environment Coordinate office suppliers, services, and general administration Support internal processes related to HR and team administration Assist with documentation, coordination, and corporate administration tasks Work closely with leadership and team members across different functions Help support the needs of a hybrid team as our Cyprus presence grows 🎓 Qualifications A couple of years of experience in office management, administration, HR support, or a similar role Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive and hands-on attitude Comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities across different areas Based in Paphos or nearby Experience or familiarity with legal, accounting, HR, or corporate administration is a plus 🌟 Our Unique Culture We value: Ownership Curiosity Autonomy We are building our presence in Cyprus with offices opening in Paphos, while working in a hybrid setup across the island.
