Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Νομική Έρευνα & Σύνταξη• Διεξαγωγή εμπεριστατωμένης νομικής έρευνας για την υποστήριξη της στρατηγικής των υποθέσεων.• Προετοιμασία νομικών σημειωμάτων, περιλήψεων υποθέσεων και νομικών γνωμοδοτήσεων.• Σύνταξη δικογράφων, αιτήσεων, ενστάσεων, υπομνημάτων, συμβάσεων, συμφωνητικών και επαγγελματικής αλληλογραφίας με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και την ορθή νομική τεκμηρίωση.Προετοιμασία Δικαστηρίου & Διαχείριση Υποθέσεων• Υποστήριξη στην πλήρη προετοιμασία φακέλων πριν από δικασίμους.• Παρουσία ενώπιον Δικαστηρίων υπό καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη ανώτερων δικηγόρων κατά τη διάρκεια διαδικασιών και διαπραγματεύσεων.• Διασφάλιση ότι όλες οι καταχωρίσεις συμμορφώνονται με τους δικαστικούς κανόνες και τις προθεσμίες (υψηλό επίπεδο τήρησης προθεσμιών).• Οργάνωση και διατήρηση ενημερωμένων φακέλων υποθέσεων, με αποτελεσματική διαχείριση του ανατεθειμένου φόρτου εργασίας.Επικοινωνία με Πελάτες & Επαγγελματικά Πρότυπα• Διατήρηση επαγγελματικής γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας με πελάτες.• Έγκαιρη ανταπόκριση σε ερωτήματα πελατών σύμφωνα με τα συμφωνημένα χρονοδιαγράμματα.• Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία πελατών για ακροάσεις και συναντήσεις.• Αυστηρή τήρηση δεοντολογικών κανόνων και υποχρεώσεων εμπιστευτικότητας.• Συνεχής ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων δικαστηριακής πρακτικής και ετοιμότητα ανάληψης πιο σύνθετων υποθέσεων. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a pragmatic Head of Legal & Compliance to lead the legal and regulatory function of our international brokerage. The role oversees legal and compliance matters across the business, ensuring that partnerships, commercial activities, and internal processes remain legally sound and compliant. You will work closely with the CEO and departments such as Payments, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing, providing legal guidance, assessing regulatory risks, and supporting growth across multiple jurisdictions.
