How do I create an account?
Follow these steps:
- Go to Bazaraki.com
- Click Sign in and register
- Enter your phone number, tick the Terms and Conditions box and click on the available options to Sign in
- Enter the verification code you receive via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or another messaging platform
Note: In some categories, additional verification is required before posting ads.
Why do I need to verify my account?
Account verification helps keep Bazaraki safe and reliable for everyone.
- Some categories require account verification before posting ads
- It helps minimise fraud and misuse of the platform
Note: Verification requires submitting an ID or passport through the Yoti platform.
I am having trouble signing in. What should I do?
If you did not receive the verification code, try the following:
- Make sure the phone number you entered is correct
- Wait a few minutes, as the code may take some time to arrive
- Check if your phone has signal and can receive SMS or messages
- Request the code again
- If you still do not receive the code, call +357 26022685 from the same phone number to hear the verification code
If you still do not receive the code, please contact Bazaraki support at info@bazaraki.com for assistance.
I have a landline phone number, what should I do?
If you have a landline phone number follow these steps:
- Enter your landline phone number on the login page tick the Terms and Conditions box and click on the available options to Sign in
- From the same phone number you entered, call +357 26022685
- You will hear the verification code by voice message
Note: The call must be made from the same phone number used to request the code.
How can I update my personal details?
You can update your personal details from your account settings.
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account
- Click on your Name
- Select My Settings
- Go to Contact Settings
Note: If you want to change your phone number, you must first add the new number and then delete the old one.
How do I delete my account?
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account
- Click on your Name
- Select My Settings
- Click Delete Account
- Re-enter your phone number to confirm
Note:
- Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated for 30 days.
- Deleting your account will permanently remove your information and they cannot be recovered.

How do I post an ad?
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Bazaraki account
- Click Post Ad
- Select the appropriate category for your item or service
- Fill in the required details for your category
- Click Post an ad to submit your ad
Note:
- Make sure your ad follows Bazaraki’s Terms and Conditions.
- Ads that do not comply with the platform’s rules may be rejected or removed.
What types of ads are available on Bazaraki?
Bazaraki offers different types of ads depending on the level of visibility you want for your listing.
The main types of ads are:
- VIP Ads are premium listings that appear first in the category. This gives your ad the highest visibility and increases the chances of being seen by potential buyers.
- Top Ads appear below VIP Ads and above regular ads in the category. They provide increased visibility compared to regular listings.
- Regular Ads are the standard ads that users can post on Bazaraki. These ads appear after VIP and Top Ads in the category.
Note: The pricing and duration (in days) of these options may vary depending on the category. Once your ad expires, you can activate it again to keep it visible on the platform.
Do I need to pay for my ads?
Some categories on Bazaraki are free of charge, while others may require a fee.
- If a fee applies, it will be displayed before you publish your ad
- You will have the opportunity to review the available options and any applicable charges before completing the posting of your ad
Note: Fees may vary depending on the category, service, or options selected for the ad.
How many ads can I post?
You can post multiple ads on Bazaraki, provided that each ad complies with the platform’s rules.
Please note:
- Each ad must be for one product or service only
- Duplicate ads for the same item are not allowed
- Ads must be posted in the appropriate category
- All listings must comply with Bazaraki’s Terms and Conditions
How do I manage my ads?
You can edit, activate, deactivate or delete your ads at any time from your account.
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Bazaraki account
- Click on your Name
- Go to My Ads
- Select the ad you want to manage
- Choose the action you want to take:
- Click Edit to update the ad details, then click Edit the ad to save your changes
- Click Activate , check the ad details, then click Edit the ad to make the ad visible on the platform
- Click Deactivate to temporarily hide the ad
- Click Delete to permanently remove the ad
Note:
- If a payment is required to activate your ad, you will be prompted to complete it before activation. You can pay using your wallet balance if the funds are sufficient, or through any of the other available payment methods
- In some cases additional charges may apply due to editing an ad
- All changes must comply with Bazaraki’s Terms and Conditions
- If an item has already been sold, you should deactivate or delete the ad
- A deleted ad cannot be recovered
Why is my ad not visible yet?
Your ad may not be visible immediately after posting for several reasons.
Common reasons include:
- The ad is still under review
- The ad is pending payment
- There may be a temporary technical delay
- The ad does not comply with Bazaraki’s Terms and Conditions
Why was my ad rejected or removed, and what can I do?
Your ad may be rejected or removed if it does not follow Bazaraki’s rules.
Common reasons include:
- The ad contains misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information
- The ad is posted in an incorrect category
- The ad listing duplicates another ad
- The ad violates the "one ad — one product/service" rule
- The item or service is prohibited on Bazaraki
- The ad contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
If your ad is declined, please review the reason provided, make the necessary changes and submit it again.
Buying & Contacting Sellers
How do I contact a seller?
To contact a seller:
- Open the ad you are interested in
- Use the available contact options — Call, Chat, Email or any other option provided in the ad
Note: In some categories, you may need to sign in to your Bazaraki account to access the seller’s contact details.
Payments & Services
How can I pay for a service on Bazaraki?
There are two ways to pay for services on Bazaraki.
- Using your wallet balance.
You can top up your wallet at any time and use the available balance to pay for services whenever you need. - Paying during ad posting.
If your wallet does not have sufficient balance, you can pay the amount of the service directly during the ad posting process.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bazaraki supports several payment methods for purchasing services or topping up your wallet.
Available payment methods may include:
- Debit or credit cards
- Other available online payment methods displayed during the payment process
Note: The available payment methods and services may vary depending on the category.
What should I do if my payment was successful but my service is not activated?
If your payment was successful but the service has not been activated, please try the following:
- Check the status of your ad in the My Ads section.
- Check your My Payments section to confirm that the payment was processed.
- Wait a few minutes, as the activation may take a short time to complete
- If the service is still not activated, please contact Bazaraki support via chat, email, or phone and provide the payment details.
Note: In some cases, temporary technical delays may occur while processing payments.
Safety & Reporting
How can I stay safe when buying or selling on Bazaraki?
When buying or selling on Bazaraki, it is important to take basic precautions to ensure a safe experience.
- Meet the buyer or seller in person whenever possible
- Avoid sending money in advance, especially to unknown users
- Do not share personal details, passwords, or bank account information
- Be cautious of messages falsely claiming to offer "Bazaraki Delivery Service" or payment links.
- Carefully review the ad and communicate directly with the other user before completing a transaction
- Avoid clicking on unknown or suspicious links
- Stop communication with the user if it seems unsafe
- If you have already shared your bank details or any financial information with a suspected scammer, contact your bank immediately

How can I protect myself and report suspicious activity?
To help keep your account safe:
- Do not share your verification codes with anyone
- Be cautious of messages requesting personal or payment information
- Report any suspicious ad by opening the ad, clicking “Complain”, and selecting the reason.
- Report any suspicious user by contacting Bazaraki support via chat, email, or phone.
