Preferably we are looking for a European with yellow sleep, Ukrainian or Russian but with a permanent residence permit in Cyprus.English is a must, and Greek or Russian is an advantage. Our highest tower is 8 meters and 90% of the installations are on flat rooftops so don't be scared :)Duties:- Independently perform field and rooftop surveys to determine service availability and complete field installations for microwave network radios, including all required cabling(ladder use required).- The client installation process involves configuring wireless equipment such as radios, antennas, routers, etc., mostly Ubiquiti, and Mikrotik at the client’s service location. - This position also requires working at the tower, performing maintenance, and installation of equipment. This is an outside field position and requires strong communication skills while working with our internal back-office engineers and support teams to troubleshoot and certify RF (microwave radio) installations.- Assemble and install non-penetrating roof and wall mounts, cabinets, equipment racks, etc.- Complete cabling and conduit installations (run and terminate cables, including Cat5/6, power and fiber).- Mount and aim microwave radios.- Strong communication skills with clients and internal employees.- Respond to trouble calls and perform high-level troubleshooting for RF, IP, and physical hardware/cabling issues in order to resolve service issues.- Complete timely post-installation documentation, perform inspections and recommend corrective action in a written, well-documented manner.- Professional and courteous behaviour at all times.Qualifications:- The ideal candidate as a Wireless Field Installation / Service Technician brings a high-energy can-do attitude to work each day. - Ability to satisfactorily accomplish multiple tasks.- Confident in interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, while able to adjust to changing schedules and priorities. Key responsibilities • Provide daily telephone and online support to existing clients (via AnyDesk/TeamViewer) • Guide clients on software usage, investigate issues, and perform basic troubleshooting • Assist with initial software implementations and deliver user training (after onboarding/training period) • Conduct on-site client visits for implementations and additional training when required • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality ongoing support What we’re looking for • Willingness to learn the company’s Accounting & Payroll solutions in depth (full training provided) • Comfortable communicating with clients daily, calmly and clearly, including non-technical users • Reliable, methodical, and able to follow processes while managing multiple support requests Skills & background (preferred) • Basic accounting knowledge (strongly preferred) • Advanced accounting knowledge will be a significant advantage • IT/software or programming background is a strong plus • Experience in software support, implementation, or user training will be considered an advantage Working conditions • Office-based position in Nicosia (no remote work) • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30, with lunch break 13:00–14:00 • Client visits form part of the role once ready; company car provided or travel expenses fully covered What’s on offer • Annual gross salary: €20,000 – €30,000 based on qualifications • Full training on software solutions • 22 days annual leave • Stable, long-term role in a growing software company Apply Interested applicants should apply to the following link All applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.
