Job DescriptionWe are seeking a pragmatic Head of Legal & Compliance to lead the legal and regulatory function of our international brokerage. The role oversees legal and compliance matters across the business, ensuring that partnerships, commercial activities, and internal processes remain legally sound and compliant. You will work closely with the CEO and departments such as Payments, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing, providing legal guidance, assessing regulatory risks, and supporting growth across multiple jurisdictions. Compliance Officer Assistant – KYC/AML We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Officer Assistant to support our AML and compliance functions. This role includes client onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, transaction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Cyprus AML laws and EU regulations.
