Join our growing team in the dynamic world of iGaming! We're looking for a motivated Technical Support Executive to support our B2B operator clients, handle day-to-day platform requests, and act as a key link between clients and internal teams.
Your Role:
Handle incoming support requests from operator clients via tickets and live communication channels.
Assist with back-office configurations, operational tasks and setups across the platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Log, track, and follow up on issues to maintain clear and accurate records.
Troubleshoot platform-related queries and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams.
You Bring:
A passion for the iGaming industry.
A tech-friendly mindset — comfortable navigating platforms, tools, and technical conversations.
Experience in technical support, QA, or a systems-facing role (iGaming experience is a plus).
An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
A team-player attitude with a customer-first mindset.
