They’re currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Risk and Fraud Manager to join thier development team in their Limassol office.Job ResponsibilitiesPlanning and implementing an overall risk management processPerforming daily risk assessment activities that might affect the companyPerform risk evaluation and adjust the criteria used according to the company’s evolving requirements, costs, etc.Prepare reports that quantify and establish the company’s risk levelsKeep track at all times of all main and major topics that the department is dealing with daily (KYC, Chargebacks, Fraud Rings, etc)Provide support, guidance, assistance, and periodical training to the team members to keep them up to date with all proceduresManage the Risk Operations team on a professional and administrative levelSupervise and monitor the work process of employees in the departmentInvestigating, reporting and undertaking remedial action on suspicious account transactions to protect the business from financial lossReviewing and processing all withdrawal requestsReport to the Head of OperationsRequirementsProven experience in Risk, Fraud, or Compliance roles, preferably within the iGaming industryStrong understanding of risk management processes, fraud prevention, and KYC proceduresExperience handling chargebacks, fraud detection, and suspicious transaction investigationsPrevious experience in managing and leading teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and make data-driven decisionsAbility to prepare reports and present risk insights to senior managementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrity and attention to detailAbility to train, mentor, and support team membersProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and relevant risk/fraud systemsRemuneration & Benefits:Competitive salary package based on experienceLearning & Development Program with ongoing training opportunities21 days of Paid Annual LeavePaid Sick LeavePrivate Medical Health InsuranceWeekly complimentary lunch at the officeUnlimited snacks, coffee, and beveragesEmployee discount program across a wide range of services including health & wellness, fitness, beauty, and diningReferral Bonus Program for successful candidate recommendationsBirthday gift vouchers and celebration perksTeam-building activities and company eventsSupportive, inclusive, and positive working environment
