We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to help expand our commercial footprint and bring our platform to new partners globally. If you enjoy building relationships, closing complex deals, and working closely with product and technology teams to deliver real value to clients, we’d love to hear from you. This role combines strategy, partnerships, and hands-on sales execution, working closely with leadership to shape and scale our commercial growth. 📋 Role Overview You will drive new partnerships with operators and gaming brands while working closely with leadership to grow our commercial presence. The role also offers the opportunity to help shape the commercial function as we scale, including partnerships strategy and sales processes. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Drive new business and partnerships with operators and gaming brands Manage B2B sales cycles from first contact to signed agreement Develop and grow the commercial pipeline Work closely with product and delivery teams Represent the company at industry events Help shape the structure and processes of the commercial team 🎓 Qualifications Experience in B2B sales within iGaming, SaaS, or gaming technology Understanding of the online gaming ecosystem Experience managing complex sales cycles Strong communication and negotiation skills Existing industry network is a plus 🌟 Our Unique Culture We value: Ownership Curiosity Autonomy We are building our presence in Cyprus with offices opening in Paphos, while working in a hybrid setup across the island.
