Construction
The construction includes an outer frame with approximately 15 cm wall thickness, using 4 in x 2 in wooden beams, marine plywood, and 100 mm stone wool insulation, with provision for air circulation through a ventilated cavity.
The inner frame for the WC walls is built with double-sided wall construction and 100 mm stone wool insulation.
Ares also includes:

- Roof waterproofing with Armourshield shingle tiles
- Aluminum frame series MU2500
- Double energy glass I-PLUS Light 28 mm
- Staircase in metal or wood
- Protective rail on the attic floor
