Appointment Setter (B2B Cold Calling) –
€15–35/hour + Bonus
We are a Cyprus-based premium furniture and interior company expanding our B2B outreach and are looking for 2 freelance Appointment Setters to support our phone outreach.
This role is focused purely on cold calling, qualification and scheduling meetings — no selling, no negotiations, no closing.
Your Responsibilities:
– Call pre-qualified B2B leads
– Briefly introduce our company
– Identify potential furnishing needs
– Qualify interest
– Schedule meetings with decision-makers
– Document call outcomes clearly
Our Clients:
Airbnb hosts, property managers, boutique hotels, restaurants, beach bars and real estate professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
– Clear, confident phone communication
– Professional and calm tone
– Reliable and structured working style
– Independent work ethic
– English required (Greek is a plus)
– Experience in cold calling or B2B outreach is a plus
Compensation:
– €15–35 per hour (depending on experience)
– Additional performance bonus per qualified appointment
– Optional project-based bonus
