International company with modern offices in Limassol is seeking a Receptionist to strengthen its team.
The successful candidate will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients and partners from around the world.

What you will do:
Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism
Manage the telephone switchboard & daily email communication
Organize meeting rooms and support meetings
Coordinate mail & courier services
Provide general administrative support to company departments
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling, record management, and organizational abilities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset
Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage
Proficient in basic office software and equipment
