Job Summary:
The Area Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the readiness and quality of listings across assigned locations. This includes overseeing housekeeping readiness, coordinating maintenance needs, and addressing guest requests or complaints. You are also responsible for being on-site when needed to ensure seamless operations, working closely with the maintenance, guest experience, and housekeeping teams to uphold high hospitality standards.
At Local Host you will:
Ensure the readiness and quality of listings by conducting on-site inspections and verifying housekeeping and maintenance standards.
Act as the primary on-ground contact for housekeeping readiness, maintenance needs, and guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience teams to promptly resolve issues and maintain high operational standards.
Monitor and address any property-related concerns, ensuring listings meet company standards before guest arrivals.
Gather feedback from guests and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management for continuous service enhancement.
