At Flexsy, we're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer who takes pride in clean architecture, performance optimization, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions using React and Next.js.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Flexsy, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences. You’ll be responsible for building modern, responsive interfaces that are fast, reliable, and accessible. You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and long-term maintainability.

If you’re someone who values quality, follows established industry best practices, and loves tackling complex frontend challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :wrench:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using React and Next.js.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of frontend systems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver polished, user-focused solutions.

Champion best practices in frontend development, including performance tuning, accessibility, and responsive design.

Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and industry trends to continually elevate our codebase.

Qualifications :mortar_board:

Deep proficiency in React.js and Next.js with a strong grasp of modern frontend architecture.

Solid experience with TypeScript and modern styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

Familiar with advanced state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.

Demonstrated expertise in frontend performance optimization and responsive design.

Skilled with Git and agile development practices.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering clean, well-tested, and reusable code.
