Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Administrative functions and office management duties
Corporate Administration work in relation to the Registrar of Companies
Assist with client due diligence and KYC procedures for corporate clients and individuals
Assist with client’s registration to Tax, Vat & Social Insurance
Maintain and update all relevant records of both corporate and natural individuals in the corporate software system
Key Skills / Experience:
Ideally educated with Degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field
A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the field of Corporate Administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good team player with a strong work ethic
Professionalism
