The URSARA SRL 3500W Induction Double Tabletop Hob has 2 burners and a total power of 3500 Watts. Its type is induction, meaning that only the bottom of the pot is heated and not the entire hob, resulting in the surrounding area remaining cold to the touch. It uses less energy than other types of hobs and cooking time is halved. For example, water boils in less than 90 seconds. Cleaning it is very easy, since the area around the pot remains cold, so anything spilled does not heat up and does not stick to the surface.
