Amplifier repairs and modifications
Repairs and modifications on audio amplifiers (audiophile, home, PA, car).
Not happy with the way the amplifier, pre amplifier or DAC with external/internal PSU is sounding?
What can be done regarding modifications:
1. Reduce hearing fatigue (sound will be more pleasant for longer hearing sessions)
2. Improve resolution (greater details)
3. Improve tone
4. Improve holographic depth and layering (better 3D imaging accuracy)
5. Open the sound stage (i.e. remove veiled sound)
6. Make the sound tighter/punch
Modifications are quite costly, they involve study and lots of trial and error testing to get a decent result. The circuit will remain mostly intact, better components will be used in addition to new ones. You will be consulted on each step of the modification to get approval and will be asked to sample the sound on your setup.
Concerning repairs, they are straight forward and fairly priced.
Only original or better components from reputable suppliers for U.K., E.U. and USA are used for quality assured service.
