Key Responsibilities

1) Prepare rental agreements accurately while identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and optional extras

2) Actively promote and upsell products and services to maximize sales performance (commission-based incentives)

3) Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions (in person, phone, and email)

4) Meet and exceed sales targets and service quality standards

5) Handle administrative duties, including daily operational lists and reporting

6) Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers at all times

7) Support vehicle returns, inspections, and turnaround processes when required

8) Assist with additional duties as needed to support branch operations

Your Profile

1) Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

2) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

3) Previous experience in sales or commission-based roles is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

4) Ability to follow structured sales and customer service processes

5) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

6) Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively

7) Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or challenging situations

8) Willingness to wear company uniform
