• Master the Grill: You prepare and cut gyros, souvlaki, and burgers to perfection.

• Prep & Quality: From chopping fresh veggies to preparing sauces, you ensure everything is ready for the rush.

• Keep it Clean: You maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen and service area.

• Manage the Flow: You handle both in-house guests and takeaway orders.

What you bring to the table:

• Multitasking: You can handle the grill while keeping an eye on the counter.

• Independence: You are reliable and comfortable also working alone in a small shop environment.

• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or street-food setting is essential.
