We run a fast-growing YouTube automation business managing multiple channels across different niches. We’re looking for a highly motivated YouTube Operations Manager to oversee daily production, maintain quality standards, and help scale the business.

This role is perfect for someone who understands YouTube deeply and enjoys managing creative workflows, improving systems, and driving channel growth. 🎯

🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will manage day-to-day operations across our YouTube channel portfolio, ensuring videos are produced on time, meet quality standards, and follow the correct strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing daily production workflows across multiple YouTube channels

* Ensuring high quality in scripts, editing, titles, and thumbnails

* Coordinating with writers, editors, thumbnail designers, and other team members

* Making sure deadlines are met and production stays organized

* Topic research & video ideation (finding strong video ideas with high potential)

* Strategy & growth optimization (improving CTR, retention, RPM, output efficiency, etc.)

* Creating clear overviews in spreadsheets and tracking channel performance

* Occasional admin tasks (helping organize payments, team management, etc.)

🌍 Work Setup

* Remote position

* Must be available at least 2x per week to meet in person in Limassol (café or co-working space) ☕🏢

✅ Requirements

* Fluent English (high level speaking + writing)

* Age: 18+

* Highly motivated, proactive, and self-managing

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Must be able to dedicate at least 5 hours per day

* Strong understanding of YouTube and viewer psychology

* Must understand what makes people click (CTR) and what keeps people watching

🕒 Schedule

Flexible hours, but you must be able to consistently dedicate at least 5 hours per day.

Having another part-time job is allowed, as long as you can meet the required time commitment.

💰 Compensation

Base Pay: €1000 per month

📈 Performance Bonuses up to an additional €1000 (€2000 total)
