Amlro compliance officer

Our client is a reputed Crypto service provider, a fast-growing, regulated company providing Crypto services via the Web and mobile applications. They already have more than 2 years in the industry, with branches in EU and Canada. They are looking for an AMLRO-Compliance Officer to join their office in Paphos.

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring the onboarding process, reviewing current policies, and warding off the risk of the company

Maintain compliance on all related services

Analyse content on required websites and apps

Be responsible for the reports and first contact with the regulator and Mokas

Leading the AML process

Processing DPO/SAR requests

Communicate with other departments concerning compliance

Scanning active content to ensure content meets compliance standards, while always maintaining the quality level to its maximum

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in a similar relevant position in the financial industry dealing with EU regulators, CySEC is considered an advantage.

AML certification and Advance by CySEC or similar

Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to comprehend and analyse financial data

Familiar with compliance documents and AML legal framework

High level of attention to detail; effective decision-making abilities; ability to work on one's own initiative and to assess situations quickly and accurately

Resilient with an ability to work under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments

‍Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills

European citizenship.
