A private family in Cyprus is seeking an experienced senior housekeeper to fully manage their 800 sq. m. residence with a terrace, swimming pool, and several rooms. Key responsibilities include maintaining the house in immaculate condition, supervising maids, and ensuring the highest standards of aesthetics, service, and order.
Requirements:
* Relevant work experience
* Mandatory experience managing domestic staff and verified references.
* Strong organizational skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail
* Excellent taste, knowledge of premium home management standards
* Professional VIP wardrobe maintenance skills
* Well-spoken, presentable appearance, and stress resistance
* Basic knowledge of household budgeting and purchasing
* Advantage: Experience with smart home systems
* Knowledge of one of the following languages is an advantage: Ukrainian / Russian / English / Greek
Responsibilities:
* Space and household organization: Proper zoning and organization of all rooms (garage, gym, nanny rooms, children's and master bedrooms, bathrooms, and storage rooms). Maintaining aesthetics and functionality.
* Personnel management: Assigning tasks, daily briefings, and monitoring the performance of all household staff (cleaners, cook, etc.).
* Planning and administration: Creating weekly/monthly housekeeping plans, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and seasonal work. * Quality Control: Regular inspections of cleanliness, order, and compliance with standards in all areas of the home.
* Wardrobe Care (VIP): Professional care of the family's wardrobe: dry cleaning, storage, repair, and seasonal rotation.
* Travel Preparation: Full organization of family travel preparation: packing luggage, preparing essential items, and managing lists.
* Purchasing and Inventory Management: Proper planning and execution of purchases of groceries, household goods, home care products, and luxury items. Inventory and budget management.
* Liaison with contractors: Organization and oversight of service departments (pool, cleaning, repairs, gardening).
Salary: To be discussed with the successful candidate
Work Schedule: Permanent, full-time, 5/2 or several times a week to create work plans for staff - discussed individually
