EBRI Global is an innovative boat designing and producing company. This is an amazing opportunity to join our growing team of now 25 employees.
We are looking to hire a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to support our manufacturing operations, team in Ayios Sylas Industrial Area in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement of components and materials based on approved Bills of Materials (BOM) for our products
• Working with ERP system to manage purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure data accuracy
• Coordination with suppliers, including request for quotations (RFQs), order placement, and follow-ups
• Organization and monitoring of logistics, including shipment tracking and delivery timelines
• Close cooperation with customs brokers to ensure smooth import processes and timely clearance
• Ensuring all deliveries arrive on time and in accordance with production schedules
• Performing initial incoming inspection (basic QC) of delivered parts in line with engineering guidelines
• Maintaining proper documentation and procurement records
Requirements:
• Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP systems and BOM structures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and shipments simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Fluent English
Nice to have (benefit):
• Basic technical education or background
• Experience with measuring tools or basic inspection techniques
• Understanding of mechanical or electronic components
