We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the warehouse is clean and efficiently organized.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch

Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Ensure products are stored safely and correctly

Assist with stock replenishment for the retail store

Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required)

Good physical condition (ability to lift and move boxes)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time management and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inventory systems or warehouse software

Forklift license (optional, if applicable)

Experience in retail or supplement industry (a plus)
