At PERILAGE, we are looking to hire a smart, organised, and proactive Office Administrator & Operations Assistant to join our team in Limassol.
We are looking for someone fast, responsible, and positive, who enjoys working in a structured yet dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Daily office administration and organisation
- Communication with suppliers and subcontractors
- Document management and follow-ups
- Supporting management with operational tasks
- Coordination between office and site
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Greek (essential)
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and take initiative
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (Word, Excel, email)
**Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
