- Must have 3+ years experience in a professional kitchen in Cyprus- Valid Food Handler’s Health Certificate required - Experience in international cuisine preferredRole: - Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations and team performance- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service speed- Manage prep planning, service flow, and mise en place readiness- Maintain HACCP standards, hygiene, and kitchen organization- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and proper FIFO practices- Support team members to ensure high standards
