Overview Front-of-house Host role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Provide warm professional welcomes, manage reservations and seating, coordinate with service and kitchen teams, and support events and busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage reservations, seating and waitlists.

Provide accurate wait times and ensure guest comfort while waiting.

Maintain an organized host station and entrance.

Coordinate table turnover with service and kitchen teams.

Assist with VIP requests, event support and assigned side duties.

Respond to guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.

Requirements

2–3 years front-of-house/hostess experience in a 4- or 5‑star hotel or resort.

Excellent English; Greek is a strong advantage.

Professional, friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.

EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
