Overview Experienced F&B Supervisor role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Supervise service staff, support daily F&B operations, train team members and ensure high service standards across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach service staff to maintain standards.
Participate in daily F&B operations and train new employees.
Provide friendly, professional food & beverage service; use upselling where appropriate.
Prepare stations, take orders, process payments and clear/reset tables.
Ensure dining areas and equipment are clean and working.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams; escalate complex issues to management.
Communicate clearly with staff and management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as F&B Supervisor (4- or 5-star hotel/resort preferred).
Excellent English; Greek is an advantage.
Strong leadership, customer-service and communication skills.
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.
EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
