Location: Cyprus
Employment: Full-time (48 hrs/week) — EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship)

Overview Junior kitchen role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Assist with basic food prep and cooking, support service flow, and maintain hygiene and safety standards across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks per recipes and portion guidelines.
Receive, label and store supplies; support stock checks.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food labelling/storage and HACCP compliance.
Support kitchen setup/breakdown and smooth service during peak times.
Report equipment faults or hazards; follow health & safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff.
Requirements
~1 year professional kitchen experience preferred (junior role).
Good English; Greek an advantage.
Basic food prep, portioning and food safety knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibly (evenings/weekends/holidays).
Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
