Olymp Luxury Villas is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Gardener to join our team and help maintain the beautiful outdoor environment of our luxury villa properties.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating and maintaining elegant gardens, green spaces, and outdoor areas to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily care and maintenance of gardens, plants, lawns, and outdoor areas

Watering, trimming, pruning, mowing, and general garden upkeep

Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal greenery

Monitoring plant health and identifying any maintenance needs

Keeping all outdoor areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing

Supporting the overall presentation of the villas to meet luxury hospitality standards

Reporting any irrigation, garden, or outdoor maintenance issues

Requirements:

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance

Good knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Attention to detail and pride in neat, high-quality work

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preference will be given to Russian-speaking candidates

Candidates must have a valid working permit in Cyprus or be EU citizens
