Senior foreman

One of Cyprus’ most established real estate & construction companies (60+ years of excellence) is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee site operations in Paphos.

🔨 Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site works

Assign tasks and manage workers on-site

Ensure health & safety regulations are followed

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers

Manage materials, equipment, and logistics

Maintain site reports and quality control documentation

Solve on-site issues efficiently

👷 Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman

Technical diploma in construction or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of construction drawings and methods

Leadership & problem-solving skills

Good organizational and communication skills

Fluent Greek & English

Ability to work under pressure and manage teams

💼 Salary & Benefits

€4,000 gross/month

Annual performance bonus

Full-time role (Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays)
