🚀 Civil Engineer – Paphos | €4000–€4500

One of Cyprus most established real estate & construction companies (60+ years of excellence) is expanding and seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its team in Paphos.

🔹 What You'll Do

Oversee construction projects (on time & on budget)

Conduct site inspections & coordinate subcontractors

Lead project meetings & prepare progress reports

Ensure compliance with Cyprus regulations & Eurocodes

Manage permits, authorities & cost control

Prepare technical documentation & risk assessments

🔹 What You Need

Civil Engineering degree (ETEK registration advantage)

5+ years' building construction experience (Cyprus/EU)

AutoCAD, Civil 3D & MS Project proficiency

Strong structural & site supervision knowledge

Fluent Greek & English

Leadership & problem-solving mindset
