Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Provide high-quality products and services in full alignment with the brand's standards.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development needs of the restaurant.

Attain the financial objectives of the company.

It would be beneficial if you:

Have several years of experience in a similar position.

Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Are familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Have a good financial understanding.

Are fluent in both Greek and English.

Lead by example, dividing time equally among employees and guests.
