Duties:

-Handle guest complaints and legal claims

-Prepare written responses and reports

-Communicate with hotels, tour operators, insurers, and legal advisors

-Review documentation and maintain case records

-Support dispute resolution and compliance procedures

Requirements:

-Degree or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or similar

-Experience in claims, complaints, legal support, or hospitality preferred

-Very good knowledge of English; Greek is an advantage

-Good organisational and computer skills
