We are looking for an experienced Forex Retention Executive to join our in-house team in Cyprus.

About the Role

The role focuses on engaging and retaining Indian Forex clients. The ideal candidate has strong retention experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to reactivate and retain trading clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing Indian Forex clients

• Reactivate dormant or inactive traders through personalized engagement

• Educate clients on MT4/MT5 platforms, features, and promotions

• Provide exceptional support to encourage consistent trading activity

• Achieve and exceed monthly retention KPIs and performance goals

• Coordinate closely with internal teams for quick issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex Retention (mandatory)

• Strong sales, communication, and client-handling skills

• Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 and Forex trading concepts
