Operations manager with igaming

We are looking for a strong Operations Manager with proven hands-on experience in iGaming / Gambling operations for an existing, active business.

This is not a junior role and not suitable for candidates who only “touched the field.” We need someone who has actually managed operations and understands how the business runs end-to-end.

Key requirements (must-have):

• Proven experience managing operations in an iGaming / Gambling company

• Strong understanding of traffic analysis: sources, campaigns, performance, KPIs, and data-driven decision making

• Hands-on management of teams and processes (not only strategy)

• Deep familiarity with payments, support, marketing, and compliance

• Ability to solve operational issues in real time and keep performance stable

Location: Cyprus or Israel (relocation possible for the right candidate)
