We are seeking a dedicated Female Russian Speaking Luxury Villa Housekeeper to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and aesthetic appeal in our villas, ensuring they are always guest-ready. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cleanliness, and a dedication to excellence in guest service.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of the villas to meet Olymp Villas’ high standards.

Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization for the villas.

Restock villa supplies and identify any needs for maintenance or repairs.

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

Provide exceptional service to guests, respecting their privacy and preferences.

Work closely with the maintenance team to report and follow up on any issues.

Uphold sustainability practices in cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner, preferably in a luxury hotel or villa setting.

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards.

Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a beautiful environment for guests.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
