5 Queens Developers, a premier property developer with 15 years in the market, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to handle our commercial and residential projects. This is a dynamic role combining sales, B2B networking, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Partnerships: Manage the full sales cycle (inquiries, viewings, closings) and build strong relationships with B2B real estate agents.
- Market Analysis: Research competitor pricing, quality, and analyze plots for future development.
- Marketing & Admin: Assist with marketing tasks (brochures, billboards) and maintain our Bitrix24 CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Sales experience (Real Estate is a strong plus).
- Fluent in English & Russian (Greek is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is highly advantageous).
