Real estate social media manager & content creator

Profile Description

We are looking for an Autonomous Real Estate Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can take ownership of our social media presence from concept to execution.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who can independently transform ideas into engaging stories and visual content that strengthens brand presence and drives growth.

What We’re Looking For

A self-driven individual who can manage the full content cycle, including:

Content Strategy & Ideas

Generate original content ideas aligned with our brand

Develop concepts into clear storylines or themes

Plan content formats (reels, videos, posts, etc.)

Content Production

Capture video and photo material on-site when needed

Be comfortable filming properties, spaces, people, and lifestyle content

Direct simple shoots when necessary

Editing & Creation

Edit videos for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)

Create visually appealing content and graphics

Maintain a consistent visual identity

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content

Write captions and basic copy

Manage accounts and engagement

Contribute to organic growth of our social channels

On-Site Availability

While much of the work can be done remotely, the ideal person must be able to visit our office or properties when needed for filming and content capture. This will not be daily, but physical presence for shoots is important.

Languages

English – Advanced Level (Additional languages are a big plus)
