We are currently recruiting an experienced and service-driven Front Desk Manager for a prestigious 5 stars hotel. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all front office operations
Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to maintain 5 stars service standards
Handle guest relations and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Monitor reservations, room allocations, and occupancy levels
Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure seamless daily operations
Ensure full compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in a 4 stars or 5 stars hotel
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
Experience with hotel management systems (PMS)
