Front Desk / Receptionist — Agia Napa, well-known hotel

Position: Front Desk / Receptionist

Location: Agia Napa

Salary: €1,200/month

Key responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out guests professionally and efficiently

Manage reservations, room assignments and billing

Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries and handle email correspondence

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to meet guest needs

Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash/card transactions securely

Provide local information and ensure exceptional guest service

Requirements:

European candidate preferred

Well-presented, professional appearance and friendly demeanor

Excellent command of English (must); additional languages an advantage

Strong communication, organizational and customer-service skills

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Right to work in Cyprus
