We are a leading retailer and wholesaler of sexual wellness products, and we are looking for a proactive professional to take charge of our warehouse operations. This isn't just about moving boxes; it’s about managing the heartbeat of our order process, ensuring every invoice is perfect, and every customer receives their order on time.

The Role:

As our Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our office and our logistics. You will ensure the warehouse is a model of efficiency and that our administrative records match our physical stock perfectly.

Your Responsibilities:

Order Command: Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process—from printing invoices to ensuring orders are packed and ready for timely delivery.

Inventory Logic: Organize and optimize product placement within the warehouse to ensure a smooth "pick and pack" flow.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks of all incoming shipments and maintain 100% accuracy in stock levels.

Logistics Support: Handle the physical aspects of the warehouse (loading/unloading and stock arrangement) with care and precision.

System Management: Utilize MS Office and our internal systems to keep digital records up to date.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office (Excel/Word) and Windows.

Fluent in English.
